Short answer: "cryotherapy dubai" and "cryo dubai" are searched about 650 times a month, and "cryotherapy abu dhabi" and "cryo abu dhabi" about 420 (Google Ads, UAE, November 2026). Most of that is people looking for a session. This page is for the other side: the clinic, gym, hotel or villa owner who wants to install a cryo chamber and needs to know what the room must provide.
Sauna Dekor Spa Solutions designs and builds the room around the chamber and coordinates projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE from our Dubai office in Latifa Tower (WTC). The chamber itself is made and certified by its manufacturer.
What does a cryo chamber room need in Dubai?
A cryotherapy room is a technical room first and a guest room second: the chamber, a changing zone and service space share one room with its own power and air. Before we draw it, we confirm 5 things, each checked against the chamber manufacturer's data sheet:

In Dubai the electrical connection goes through DEWA and the fit-out through the building's approval route with Dubai Municipality. In Abu Dhabi, the supply is through TAQA Distribution.
Electric cryo chamber or cold plunge?
Both are cold rooms, but they ask different things of a building. An electric chamber needs dry air, power and heat removal; a cold plunge needs water held between 2 and 15 °C, filtration, a chiller and a drain. The choice usually follows the space and services already in place.
- Electric cryo chamber: dry, no water treatment, a heavier electrical load and heat to remove from the room.

Many facilities in the UAE pair one of these with a sauna as a contrast therapy sequence.
How is a cryotherapy room built in Abu Dhabi?
Short answer: the room is built the same way as in Dubai and the same 5 checks apply; the utility is TAQA Distribution and the approvals follow Abu Dhabi's municipal route. What changes in the other emirates?
For Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and the other emirates, the 5 checks in the table above stay the same. Only the utility and the municipality named on the drawings change, and we confirm both on the cover sheet before submission, so the room is approved on the first set of drawings.
Where does a cryo room fit in a wellness centre?
In a wellness center in Dubai, the cryo room usually sits next to the changing area and the heat rooms, so guests move from a sauna at 80–100 °C to the cold room without crossing a public corridor. For background on the technologies, read our cryotherapy guide.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer cryotherapy sessions in Dubai?
No. We design and build rooms for clinics, gyms, hotels and villas; we do not run sessions. If you are planning a room, send the floor plan and the chamber model you are considering, and our Dubai office will reply with the room requirements.
Do you manufacture the cryo chamber?
No. The chamber is made and certified by its manufacturer. We build the room, its insulation, power, ventilation and finishes, and integrate the chamber according to the manufacturer's installation data.
Do you have an office in Abu Dhabi?
No. Abu Dhabi projects are coordinated from our Dubai office in Latifa Tower (WTC). Site visits in Abu Dhabi are arranged from there, and every room is installed by our own team, the same as in Dubai.
Which emirates do you cover?
All of them. Projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates are coordinated from our Dubai office in Latifa Tower (WTC), and every room is installed by our own team.
What warranty applies to the room?
The room carries the same warranty as our other projects: 24 months on workmanship and manufacturing, 24 months manufacturer's warranty on electrical and mechanical equipment, and 5 years on structure and waterproofing. The terms are written into the handover file.
