Short answer: Condair steam generators are made by the Swiss manufacturer Condair Group. Sauna Dekor does not build the generator: we size it against the steam room we build, supply it, install it, commission it and maintain it. The models below are those we specify most often.
A steam room runs at 40–50 °C at close to 100 % relative humidity, and the generator decides how fast it gets there and how steadily it holds. Condair publishes two families: resistive generators (Omega, Omega Pro), which work with a wide range of water qualities, and electrode generators (Sigma, Nordmann AT4D), which suit larger rooms and higher outputs. The Delta Spa control and the external spa screen run the room.
Output is selected in kilograms of steam per hour from the room's volume, its surfaces and how often the door opens; kilowatts follow from that. Water hardness, drainage, the electrical supply and service access are checked before the unit is ordered. See our steam generator sizing page and steam rooms.
