Sauna Dekor is a sauna, hammam and steam room manufacturer and turnkey spa contractor: we run the whole chain in-house — consulting and design, manufacturing at our Istanbul facility, logistics, installation, commissioning and after-sales. The company has manufactured since 1987, is in its 40th year, and has delivered projects in 41+ countries, with GCC work in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain coordinated through our Dubai office.

What is the typical delivery lead time?
A turnkey installation runs roughly 12–19 weeks from brief to handover: 1–2 weeks briefing, 3–5 weeks design, 5–8 weeks engineering, 8–14 weeks manufacturing, then logistics, on-site assembly and commissioning. Timelines scale with project size.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — from the date of certified handover: 24-month warranty on workmanship and manufacturing; 24-month manufacturer's warranty on electrical and mechanical equipment; 5-year warranty on structure and waterproofing; equipment-level manufacturer warranties (EOS, Condair, Wellis and others) running in parallel and passing through to you.
Are your installations compliant with UAE regulations?
Yes. UAE deliveries are engineered for DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Municipality, Trakhees free-zone and ESMA requirements, with full compliance documentation per project.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We manage the full export chain — eco-conscious crating, all-risks cargo insurance, certificates of origin, packing lists and customs clearance through Jebel Ali / Khalifa Port (sea) or Dubai / Abu Dhabi airports (air), plus inland transit to site.
Can you invoice in AED and work outside the UAE?
Yes — AED invoicing is available through our authorised UAE representative in Dubai. We have delivered projects in 41+ countries since 1987, with offices in Dubai, İstanbul, Germany, the Netherlands, Qatar and Boston.
