Private villa saunas typically start around AED 30,000–60,000, while complete villa spa packages including sauna, steam room, hammam and cold plunge range from AED 150,000 to AED 1,000,000+ depending on size, materials and scope. Hotel and commercial wellness floors are quoted per project with itemised, position-by-position pricing.
How long does a spa project take in the UAE?
A single sauna or steam room typically takes 6–10 weeks from design approval to commissioning, including manufacturing at our Türkiye and European facilities and installation in Dubai. Complete villa spa packages run 12–16 weeks; hotel projects are scheduled per the construction programme.
Are your installations compliant with Dubai regulations?
Yes. All UAE installations are engineered to DEWA electrical and water requirements, Dubai Municipality wellness-facility guidelines, Dubai Civil Defence fire-safety standards and ESMA conformity, with Trakhees compliance for free-zone developments such as Palm Jumeirah.
Can you invoice in AED?
Yes. AED-denominated invoicing is available through our UAE entity, alongside the international invoicing options of our parent company established in 1987.
