Sauna Dekor is a sauna, hammam and steam room manufacturer working in Dubai as a turnkey wellness contractor: we draw the room, build the cabin in our own Istanbul factory, and install, test and commission it here. The company has manufactured since 1987 — this is our 40th year — has delivered in more than 35 countries, and runs its Emirates work from an office at Latifa Tower, World Trade Centre.
Design, in-house manufacturing and turnkey installation of luxury saunas, hammams, steam rooms, pools and complete wellness facilities — delivered across Dubai and the UAE since 1987.
Every project is designed, engineered and manufactured in-house, with production and supply hubs across Türkiye, Germany and the Netherlands — then delivered and supported locally from our Dubai office at Latifa Tower, World Trade Centre.
A registered Dubai entity — consultations at our Latifa Tower office, contracts and invoicing in AED, and a single local point of contact throughout your project.
Every installation is engineered to DEWA, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence requirements — including Trakhees compliance for free-zone developments.
From 3D design and technical documentation to custom marble and premium Nordic woods — one team from concept to handover, backed by a 24-month warranty.
Contrast therapy is our craft. Every temperature on this spectrum is a facility we design, manufacture and install in Dubai.
Plus salt rooms, ice fountains, shower systems, massage rooms and complete hotel wellness floors — for villas, developers, hotels and design consultancies across Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, DIFC and the wider UAE. Gym and fitness-club cabins are specified differently from villa saunas — continuous commercial duty, higher air changes and harder-wearing benches; our commercial-duty gym sauna specification sets out the numbers.
Every discipline a wellness project needs — under one roof, coordinated through Dubai.

Full private spa packages: sauna, steam room, hammam and hydromassage pool, with custom marble work, integrated lighting and BMS coordination. Multiple villas across both communities.
Several commissions across the Al Barari development — private spa packages tailored to each villa's architecture and brief, including modern hammam, sauna, steam suite and cold plunge.
Villa spa suites across Dubai's island and estate developments, including Jumeirah Golf Estates, Tilal Al Ghaf and The Springs. Palm Jumeirah projects are permitted through Trakhees rather than Dubai Municipality — see the local engineering notes below.
Diplomatic-mission spa and wellness package — institutional-grade delivery in the Emirates, and the reference we offer when a client needs proof of process rather than proof of finish.
Additional UAE references, including institutional facilities, are available on request under NDA. Site visits to selected completed projects can be arranged for serious procurement discussions.
Three authorities touch a Dubai wellness fit-out, the mains water behaves the opposite way to what most people assume, and the plant has to be sized to a design temperature no European catalogue quotes. Here is the detail we work to.
Electrical load and water connection go through DEWA — Dubai Electricity and Water Authority PJSC. Fire and life safety is the General Command of Dubai Civil Defence, working to the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice. Dubai Municipality publishes a guideline aimed squarely at our trade — Technical Guidelines (19) for Compliance of Spa and Massage Centers (DM-HSD-GU19) — plus GU34 for swimming pool plan approval and GU80/GU81 for private and public pool safety. On Palm Jumeirah and the other PCFC development zones the regulator is Trakhees instead, whose guideline LD-RC-G08 sets the health requirements for massage, relaxation and spa premises. Getting the right one of those two on the cover sheet saves weeks.
The Gulf limescale story is mostly wrong for Dubai. DEWA's own published Jebel Ali Power Station potable water specification gives typical total hardness of 60.7 mg/L as CaCO₃ against a 40–120 spec band, with TDS of 254 mg/L. That sits below the softening threshold of every major steam-generator manufacturer bar one, so on municipal supply the scaling risk is small. The real risk runs the other way: WHO's guidance notes that soft water below roughly 100 mg/L hardness has a greater tendency to corrode pipework, and desalinated water is poorly buffered and aggressive to metals and cementitious materials. So we spend the specification effort on material selection in the wet plant rather than on descaling. One exception matters: a villa on a private borehole is a different water entirely — even DEWA's own emergency wells run around 1,500 mg/L TDS. We establish which supply the building is on before we specify anything.
ASHRAE's 0.4% summer design dry-bulb for Dubai International is 43.3 °C, with a 30.4 °C design wet-bulb. Dubai's own mandated basis is higher: the DHA Health Facility Guidelines set 46 °C DB / 29 °C WB for cooling-load calculation as per Dubai Municipality, and 47.6 °C DB for selecting air-cooled equipment. A 4 °C plunge held through an August afternoon on a Dubai rooftop is a completely different duty from the same pool in Munich — a chiller selected at 35 °C ambient will not hold setpoint, and the high-ambient option is not available on every unit size.
A Dubai brief that says only "sauna" hides four different rooms, and they are not priced alike. A Finnish sauna is a stone-heater cabin at 80–100 °C on an EOS or Harvia heater, sized with a correction for the glazed area. A bio sauna runs cooler on a combi heater with an integrated evaporator and needs a water and drainage interface. An infrared sauna uses carbon or full-spectrum quartz emitters, draws far less power and does not carry the six-to-eight air-change requirement. A hybrid sauna runs both modes in one cabin on a single control strategy, and a panoramic glass sauna puts a full-glass façade on the room, which moves the heater sizing and the bench geometry rather than only the look. Cladding is named by species and grade — thermally modified aspen, alder, kiln-dried abachi (ayous) — because coastal humidity on the Palm and along the creek is what ages a bench. Sauna Dekor manufactures all five formats in its own Istanbul factory and installs them across Dubai; the local detail is in our sauna Dubai guide.

Yes. Sauna Dekor's UAE operations are coordinated through our authorised representative, Al Parimar Trading L.L.C., at Latifa Tower, World Trade Centre, Dubai — holding Dubai Trade Licence No. 1457128 and Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership. Consultations are available at the office or on-site.
We do not publish price lists, because a sauna or a spa is quoted as a scope rather than as a product. What moves a Dubai project is the cabin size and the amount of glazing, the heater and control specification, the timber, the waterproofing and drainage already present in the building, and whether the room stands alone or forms part of a wellness suite. Send us the drawings or the room dimensions and we return an itemised, position-by-position quotation in AED for the scope as drawn.
A single sauna or steam room typically takes 6–10 weeks from design approval to commissioning, including manufacturing at our Türkiye and European facilities and installation in Dubai. Complete villa spa packages run 12–16 weeks; hotel projects are scheduled per the construction programme.
Yes. All UAE installations are engineered to DEWA electrical and water requirements, Dubai Municipality wellness-facility guidelines, Dubai Civil Defence fire-safety standards and ESMA conformity, with Trakhees compliance for free-zone developments such as Palm Jumeirah.
Yes. AED-denominated invoicing is available through our UAE entity, alongside the international invoicing options of our parent company established in 1987.
