Installation notes
Installing the Coral Cube
A walk-in cabin
The Cube is rectangular and walk-in: guests enter without bending. This is where it makes a difference for guests with limited mobility and in group sessions — with capsule-type cabins, getting in and out is an obstacle in itself.
Groups of up to six
It runs with two to six guests in individual reclining seats. In a commercial facility, the number of guests per session sets how many people the room can serve in a day; this is the highest-capacity model in the range.
Technical room
Every installation needs a separate technical room outside the cabin. It holds the air compressor, air cooler and oxygen concentrator; together they keep the cabin at a constant pressure and temperature throughout the session. The concentrator separates oxygen from the air, so there are no cylinders and no refill cycle — the point operators ask about most. We fix the position and ventilation of the technical room with you at the site survey; finding space for it later is the most expensive item in an installation.
Oxygen and pressure
The Cube works between 0.5 and 1.5 bar, in fine steps. The flow supplied to the cabin is 93 % (±3 %) pure. The operator sets the session protocol; the unit stays within that range.
Safety
Safety systems
As specified by the manufacturer for the whole range.
Automatic oxygen-to-air switch-over
The in-cabin monitoring switches automatically from oxygen to ambient air as soon as it detects a value outside the set range.
Emergency release inside and out
Each cabin opens from both sides: the guest can release the door from inside, and the operator can do the same from outside without a key sequence.
Live oxygen concentration sensor
Oxygen purity is monitored in real time throughout the session; every data point is logged for the operator on the Coral Control tablet.
Continuous camera monitoring
The in-cabin camera feed goes to the operator's tablet, so visual contact is kept from start to finish, alongside a two-way intercom.
Closed-loop regulator system
Gas paths are fully sealed and isolated. The regulator takes in clean air and releases used air; the two do not mix, which keeps the risk of cabin contamination low.
CE-certified pressure vessel
Each cabin is designed and certified to the 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive; the production chain follows ASME and ISO requirements.
Certification
Certificates
- PED 2014/68/EU — EU Pressure Equipment Directive
- ASME PVHO-1 — pressure vessels for human occupancy
- ISO 13485 — the manufacturer's quality management
- CE marking applied by the manufacturer
The certificates are the manufacturer's and apply to the product range as published.
