What the wedi bonding system is

Waterproofing starts at the board but ends at the joint, and these three products close that joint. wedi 320 is a universal tile adhesive, wedi 360 a flexible medium-bed mortar, and wedi 610 works both as an adhesive and as a sealant — it is also the product that bonds design surfaces to the board. All three are approved together with wedi's wall and floor systems, meaning the system certificate rests on board and adhesive being used together. The same three apply in new build, in refurbishment and in renovation. A detail built with another brand of adhesive falls outside the system, and the product certificate loses its validity at that point. All three have the same field of use: wet and humid rooms.
