What the wedi functional units is

This group turns work that would otherwise mean cutting and joining board on site into factory-finished parts. The Mensolo L and U corner elements both box in pipework and form a shelf body. Bathboard comes with adjustable feet for bath and shower tray skirts — on a refurbishment you take up the level difference in the floor with those feet, without packing underneath. I-Board and I-Board Plus clad concealed cisterns. Sanwell niches recess into the wall to become a shampoo shelf in the shower or a display shelf above the bath. All of them have a waterproof rigid polystyrene foam body with a surface that takes ceramic directly; they are used throughout wet and humid rooms.
