What the EOS Vitae+ is

Vitae+ adds a built-in dimmer to the Vitae body: the emitter intensity is adjusted on the heater itself, without leaving the cabin. The emitter is again quartz glass, outputs are 350, 500 and 750 W, the spectrum is full range — IR-A, IR-B and IR-C — and it reaches full output in under a second. The 500 and 750 W versions carry an inrush current limiter inside. The dimmer makes the body larger: 990 × 185 × 65 mm, with the Compact version at 815 × 185 × 65 mm; the installation cut-outs are 165 × 980 and 165 × 805 mm. Weight is 2.8 kg, or 2.5 kg for the Compact version. A stainless steel body, polished aluminium reflector, black flocked grille and 3 m silicone cable are standard. It recesses into a wall panel or into a 90° corner.
