Helios Hemlock Sauna — sauna cabin

Model note

What the Helios Hemlock Sauna is

A single-person infrared cabin: 82.8 × 100.7 × 194 cm, Canadian hemlock lining and 6 mm tinted toughened glass. Electrical demand is 1.65 kW — about a quarter of a Finnish sauna, because an infrared cabin heats the body directly rather than the air. A red light emitter, chromotherapy LEDs, a Bluetooth receiver and two speakers come as standard. Inside, the single-person layout can be used lying down or sitting. The footprint stays under one square metre, which makes it easier to find room in an apartment. The cabin is 194 cm high, so it fits under a standard ceiling. Because the infrared emitter heats the body rather than the air, the temperature inside the cabin stays well below that of a Finnish sauna.
